m71: test using decon's secondary PSF

Here's an example of a star field using decon's secondary PSF. It makes quite a difference in bringing out star fields like this.

did you keep a copy of the image before using decon, so to see the difference it made?
I saw IVO just used that for an image processed and it's a new trick I will have to try

Ni. No, I'm afraid not but it's easy to see the effect on any image by toggling the 'PreTweak' and 'Before' buttons, especially if you do it in order.
