Did you try a layering approach using Sharp module to pull definition from the core area?

I'm currently going through learning the HDR, detail extraction and AutoDev aspects of ST. You seem to have it under control to a greater extent than I.

Hi alacant,
The secret to a great image is data! and something I don't have due to clouds and bad weather.
I usually use 'Develop' module and the HDR for details.
Go easy using HDR, and details will emerge.
Just like you I am a beginner and Ivo has been of great help. StarTools, in my opinion, is the best software for me.
