How to run the beta version?

Hi!

I've downloaded the beta (I'm already an ST user) for MacOS. But when I execute it, nothing happens. I've copied over my licence file to the same directory as the beta. Is there anything i need to do to get it to run? The stable version works perfectly.

There are some additional steps on later versions of macOS.
