Help Prompts not working in Develop v1.4.327

As per title, if you click on the help "?" icons they don't open in the develop module.
Not a major issues but frustrating when trying to learn what everything does.

I have been unable to replicate this issue in 1.3.5 (on Windows 7), nor 1.4.330 (on Windows 10), both 64-bit versions.

Does this happen for you in 1.4.330?
