Hi
I have around 20 frames dithered in PHD2 under APT. I plan to stack in DSS using clipping.
Question: To make it suitable for st, should I include bias frames?
Cheers and clear skies,
Steve

Re: dither and st
Depending on your acquisition device you may be able to get away with just dithering and no bias frames. What do you acquire your data with?alacant wrote:Hi

Thanks!
With this modern camera, dithering between frames may be sufficient.
