I got a new computer in December with Windows 10, installed StarTools, and copied my license from my old computer. Unfortunately I can't seem to get StarTools to recognize my license file and it thinks it is still in demo mode.
Any ideas?
License Issue
Re: License Issue
Make sure your license file has read/write permission. Also, don't put StarTools in your Program Files folder (as it won't get r/w/ permissions in that area).

Re: License Issue
Unfortunately it did not
Re: License Issue
Hmmm...
Can you make sure the license file is really just called 'license', i.e. no extension/type?
If all fails, would you be able to send me a screenshot of your folder in Explorer via email?
