Caught a rare near perfect night last night and got about three hours of data for IC 1795 (part of the Heart Nebula, IC 1805). I processed my data in Star Tools and PixInsight. For whatever reason I usually clearly do better in one program or the other, but in this case I am happy with both versions, though I prefer what I got from Star Tools.

Both lovely images Gary! I do definitely prefer the better star colors in the ST image.
I just updated the Denoise module with an improvement to the read noise (background noise) removal algorithm. You may be able to get more from the background now (no guarantees - but I'm keen to see what other people can dig out )
