Processing History?

Is it possible to have a processing history which would include module parameters saved in a file or somehow attached with the image? I sometimes do something that works really well but then when I go to redo it on another image I can't remember the exact parameters!

Hi Mario,

I frequently got the same problem/wish, especially when I do my personalised tutorials.
I'm in the process of finishing 1.2, but it's a feature I would definitely like to see implemented rather sooner than later!
