New iMac

I am looking at a new computer and jumping to Mac for several reasons. It appeared older ST versions had some issues with the mac OS. Is this still the case?

Hi Alan,

The MacOSX version *should* be stable (it is on all the machines I've tried it on), but one user in particular seems to run into the odd crash.
The MacOSX version is 32-bit only, putting a constraint on the memory that can be adressed/used, so very big images (>12MP) are a bit of a problem.

1.4 (after 1.3.5 is declared stable for production) should see 64-bit support.
