NR module effecting stars

Noise Reduction spoiling larger Stars - recollect this being an issue a while back in the NT module adds artisfact / blemish to stars. images 1) pre Nr -2) post NR Ver 1.8518 beta)

I think this is more like a bug report but you could test the latest beta to see if get the same issue before reporting as it might have gone away as I think I have read about this before in 1.8.
