Can you add text to an image?

Hi, I was interested to know if there is a way to add a text description to the final image after you have finished processing it?

I have an image of the Orion nebular that i have finished processing using StarTools, and was trying to find a away to add a text description that it is the Orion nebular.

Is there an option in Startools that allows you to do this or do i have to do it another way?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

For little touch-ups like text, watermarks, frames and format conversion, I can highly recommend GIMP. It's free and very capable.
