I notice you didn't use Contrast, HDR or Sharpen in the work flow. Perhaps I am using a too aggressive setting in one of those (I love the highlight detail boost to bring out galaxy core detail). Or perhaps too much stretch in the 2nd Autodev?
I'll do some experimenting.

The extremely basic processing, doing the bare minimum to get to SVDecon (removing all other variables) was just to ascertain that something else might be causing the problem you are experiencing, rather than SVDecon.
