Problem opening Tiff files

Hi,

I'm new to StarTools, I'm evaluating the trial now and I noticed a problem with some Tiff files, if the Tiff contains a thumbnail then StarTools opens the thumbnail and not the full resolution image.
This happens for example with Tiff files developed by DxO Optics, the files that DXO saves can be opened in Photoshop but in StarTools the thumbnail is opened instead.

I'm sure this is a minor but that can be easy to fix.

Should be an easy fix indeed. Would you be able to share such a TIFF file with me (may be through DropBox or similar service?). I've never come across a TIFF file like this!
