Purchase of New Licence

I have purchase a copy of star tools couple of days ago but have yet to receive the key. Appreciate if you could kindly look into this.

Hi,

You purchased a license with a PayPal email address (a hotmail address) that did not accept emails (error 550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable).

Because of this, your payment was immediately refunded in full, as there was no way to deliver you your license key!

If you'd still like to purchase a license and support StarTools, could you please update your PayPal e-mail address and retry purchasing again?
