Help Dialogs

Hello,

I wanted to point out that some help dialogs (the text that appears when you click on the "?" button) are not correct, especially in the Colors module. Please verify.

Thanks for letting me know.
The help texts definitely need updating for 1.3 still. 1.3 is currently in Beta (and deemed feature complete for this development cycle) but there are a lot of things that still need tweaking and fixing. This is one of them and I thank you for finding this little bug!
