Renewal License

How do I use renewal license? I just purchased it, got a note from Paypal. Whats next? Do I have to wait for a new license file? I am using ST 1.3 and my update time expired in 2017. I want to update to 1.7 and paid for a renewal license just now. What do I do next? I didn't get any extra emails or any files or new links.
