How much Memory does StarTools need to run

Ivo recommends more than 4 gigs. It also depends on how high the resolution of the image you're processing. I have a slow laptop which I use from time to time. It has 4 G memory but the processor is really weak. As soon as I get the chance (after opening and cropping) I immediately reduce by binning to the default value. It then works fairly well then. When I process in general, I prefer to bin only once all the exposure values have been used (equalize, contrast etc). This way I keep more of the "faint fuzzies"

What are the specifications of your computer? I'm sure Ivo and or someone else would be better at answering this question.

I have run it with 3Gb on an XP machine but it is much happier with 6Gb on W10 64 bit.
