First up: Sh2-101 (Tulip Nebula). I like this one because I managed to pull out the Shock front from Cygnus X-1 black hole (that faint blue arc at the top edge just left of centre). I didn't aim to get it, just happened to be there
Second is a colourful ic5070 (Pelican Nebula) narrow-band image in HST. For all these HST pallet images I process each channel separately in StarTools, then combine them in Photoshop using an action, then drop the product back into StarTools again to finish up. I'm not saying you can't do the whole thing in StarTools, just that I find it easier that way.
