ngc2264 Xmas Tree Nebula

Two versions here, first is the Ha channel (mono) which is 10 x 20min subs, and the second a bi-colour offering consisting of Ha+SII rendered as a pseudo-RGB palette. Both versions were processed in StarTools v.1.4 with some final tweaks in Photoshop. StarTools' noise reduction is as always excellent (even better in the new version

Will have to wait until after the Moon has gone now for the OIII channel. Scope was a Televue NP127is + 0.8x reducer, CCD camera an Atik 490EX @ 1x1 binning, mount was a Losmandy G11 guided with a Pronto+Lodestar.
