Here's M45 processed with StarTools

One of my friend mentioned black level look clipped, can anyone tell me how to ensure which step in the process might remove it?

That technical question is for Ivo. AFAIK you can only forece clipping with some manual settings in Developement or Layer modules.

Probably your problem relates to Wipe. For me is one of the most sensitive steps and a difficult one to keep under control.

Thanks for the reply,
i think you are right about wipe. I need to re-look at the wipe settings.

Very nice!
Would you be able to post your workflow? One can argue whether the blacks are really clipped, given that the lowest level (0) is almost just as high as the next level up (1) - the small discrepancy can be attributed to dead pixels and artifacts.

Thanks Ivo, for talking a look.
I mostly followed M8 processing video with few adjustments to wipe.

Are the processing steps being recorded somewhere in the disk?

Yes, you'll find a file called 'StarTools.log' in the same folder as the executable.
