Another challenging one (at least for me): M 94. In order to get the faint outer ring 5 min frames were used and 60 sec shots for the bright core. The resultant images were blended in the Layer module. The 60 sec shots were really helpful for the core and gave a bit more details and dynamic range.

nice shot and interesting idea to combine two different exposure times. I know people are doing this to get detail into the bright core of M42 ...
Just as remarkable to me is the detail in your image in general, considering it’s a quite small object.
