Hi everyone
An acronym special!
This is an attempt at HOO by separating R and G -in this case using Siril- using a UHC filter.
Confusingly, you get different colours, depending upon which app you used to do the channel separation. Or -more likely- my not understanding the processing well enough.
Big hats off to Ivo for his efforts on the new SVDecon. Superb.
This was around 4 hours using an eos700d on a gso203 Newtonian. The UHC removes a lot of light but does a nice job on the detail:
