I assume everyone is tired of it, but for me this is a nice accomplishment. I know it could've been better but I didn't have a battery and I had to power everything from my car (mount, laptop, phone, leaving the engine running for aprox. 6 hrs...
I've experienced issues with BackyardEOS disconnecting from the camera (using Wi-Fi). The camera eventually ran out of battery and I didn't have a spare one.
12 light frames x 180s@ISO1600

That's a really nice image! I think the data is very excellent. I notice that your stars have a greenish tinge - so I'm wondering what process you did to get the colour. To ensure the most accurate colour, you can mask the stars and "sample" under the colour module to get the correct white balance. Then apply this to the whole image. If you would like to share your data via dropbox or some other sharing medium, I would be happy to show you what I mean.

I know, I've pushed the HDR a bit too far, hence the accentuated green color. I'll redo it and if that's not gonna work, I'll upload the stack.

Also, I'd use Color->Style->Artistic Detail Aware to get rid of the turquoise color of the blue stars.
