I used Auto Adaptive Weighted Average in DSS. It doesnt seem to completely get rid of the sat trails, but the remaining ones are pretty faint. What method would you suggest

Yeah, not a huge problem at all. Kappa-Sigma clipping tends to be pretty good at getting rid of outliers like satellite trails. Have you ever used it in the past? That said, Auto Adaptive Weighted Average should've done a decent job as well. It's one of those YMMV things...Cheman wrote:Hi Ivo

I've probably tried most of the options at one time or another Next time I have some visible trails I'll try the Kappa-sig.
