working in Maxim DL, I blended several H-alpha and S-2 images of the Flame Nebula. It was deep red in Maxim, but when i imported it into ST, it had a solid blue background. I could develop the underlying image but it was impossible to get rid of thr blue. Any ideas?

Hmmmm...

Did Wipe get rid of the (presumably) bias? If not, does cropping the image a fair bit change this?

If all else fails, would you be able to upload the dataset?
