Yellow Image

Hello,
I'm new to astrophotography and Star Tools and I am having an odd problem with my images when I use the AutoDev command and I'm not sure where I'm going wrong. I have a one shot color camera. I stack the images and convert them to color and then load the resulting FITS file into Star Tools. I then do the AutoDev command and the resulting image has a strong yellow tint to it. Do you have any thoughts on what may cause this? This is happening to each image I have tried. Like I said, I'm new to all of this so I'm sure I'm missing a step or doing something in the wrong order but any guidance would be appreciated.
Thanks!
Jon
