Hi,

I have been using ST for a couple of years now and never had this issue before, spent a few hours trying different things but cant fix it, can anyone help.

The issue is when I run Deconvolution it leaves an obvious artefact in the centre of the image. I could go without decon but it makes such a big improvement to the image that I would like to get it working.

Any chance you could share the dataset with me?
Core area close to overexposing? Does masking out the core help?

Hi,

I tried masking but couldn't get that to work, perhaps it is over-exposed, I will try reprocessing when I get chance.

I haven't had any similar issues so perhaps it's my processing, I will try again.
