Stacking Programmes

Hi,

I have been experimenting with two stacking programmes: DDS and Regim. Though much slower and lacking the option to include bias frames, I've been finding more success with the latter. Though I feel I've followed the directions indicated by Ivo on DSS, the colours are very wrong and white balance is often reverse to what I want to achieve. Any thoughts on why this may be happening? I'm happy to stick with Regim but as I evolve in my skills, it would be nice to include bia frames. Thanks.

Richard

Hi Richard,

With Regim I think you can include the bias frames in place of the flat darks (dark flats).
It seems to work for me. Let me know if you have problems.

I've also been using DSS a while so if you want to try and resolve that issue I'd be happy to help if I can.
