Bicolor Ha OIII workflow?

Any suggestions on how to process HaOIII images in startools? I was thinking of loading Ha (red) and OIII (blue) and process as usual. Could I do a synthetic green with layer?

Here is the way I do it. Load the Ha as red and use the Oiii for the green and blue, process to taste.
