I had a similar problem with different software. After that, I have always had my capture program (SGP) capture in RAW as well as FITS. If you still have access to the RAW files you are ok.

I have gone back to the latest Alpha with Track and tried some of the images again to see where my earlier problems actually occurred. When I first load my 95mb image I choose track.
