That's indeed the case; we can't tell DSS not to whitebalance the data, as far as I know. Maybe someone can put in a feature request with Luc (creator of DSS)? It's a very easy thing for him to add! Thanks for the explanation! That explains some of my issues since I have always chosen option #2 when I should have been choosing #1! I didn't actually realize that DSS was white balancing until I read this thread, and instead was focusing on the "not Bayered" statement in #1. This does, however, r...
