Re: WANTED - DSLR image set
Hi Rowland,
I think I have a full set for this: http://www.astrobin.com/182338/
I don't think I added the bias images in my final image but I do have some. Camera is a Canon CDS-600.
Let me know if they are what you are after I will upload them.

If you mean the the Scientific Colour rather than Artistic under Style then yes. Also CIELab under LRGB Method.

Rosette Nebula
Here is Rosette Nebula done a few weeks ago. Interested in feedback on my processing. Also, what is the SimLum that posters are talking about? Is there a link to it?

Re: Flat with modded DSLR
Rowland, I read somewhere that for DSLR bias frames are already added to every image, so that would mean that lights, darks (as you said) and flats already have bias images added to them, so there is no need to use them separately in stacking. Can you explain why you use a master bias with the flats...

Re: Help with processing NGC 253
Ivo, I tried sample with star masks, random clicking on stars, mask a random error and it all had a green bias, that when removed left the magenta. Not sure if that helps? Also, it is possible that my RC8 is not in perfect collimation, I did notice those asymmetrical halos as well. But I wouldn't ex...

Also, the galaxy remained green when doing what you asked in the IIS thread. Screen shot attached.

Re: Help with processing NGC 253
Here's a single .CR2 of 6744: https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=6EE8C56E7DD871A7!512&authkey=!AHTdQh6Yx7fbAh0&v=3&ithint=photo%2cCR2 I also checked my flats, they have dust bunnies, including the one to the right of 6744 that appears on the stretched versions of the stacked image. Not sure why t...
