Yes it does + i finally jut managed to find out a bit more about it.
i was originally thinking about it all wrong, 50% is Bin2, but you just zoom in and keep moving the sider until the stars are no longer blocky.

Hi, Sorry if I have got this in the wrong place here. Just a simple question I hope in regards to binning. I ended up playing around with all three of them and yet to find any real difference in the outcome.
But this is most likely due to limited experience with the program.

I wasn't aware that you could do a custom bin other than the 25% , 50% , 75%
I will have to take a bit more of a look at that.
I take it that you still only bin before you start the processing work like Auto Devo?
